Each member of our staff is dedicated to the care and education of young children. Training is done throughout the year to encourage our teachers to come up with new, creative ideas all year long.
Background checks are done on all prospective teachers, and each one will be required to have CPR and First Aid training/certification. We will always meet or exceed DCFS student/teacher ratios.
Director "Miss Jen" Steichen
Miss Jen has been with Schick's Crossing Preschool since the preschool's inception 20 years ago. She is currently teaching in the classroom with the morning 4's. Jen is a graduate of Western Illinois University. She resides in Bartlett with her husband, and has two grown sons.
